Privacy Policy

WebAce Tech — Mobile Apps & Games
Last updated: 20 October 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications and games (each an “App”, together the “Apps”) developed and published by WebAce Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”) on Google Play and other platforms. It explains what information our Apps collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By installing or using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps. Where a particular App has features that handle data differently, those differences are described in this policy or within that App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

Most of our Apps do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number. If an App offers optional sign-in or a feature that asks for information (such as a profile name, feedback form, or support request), we collect only what you choose to provide. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you use our Apps, the following information may be collected automatically, either by us or by the third-party services listed in Section 3:

  • Device information: device model, manufacturer, operating system version, language, screen size, and general device settings.
  • Device and advertising identifiers: such as the Android Advertising ID, Firebase installation ID, or similar identifiers.
  • App usage data: how you interact with the App, such as screens visited, levels played, features used, session length, and in-app events.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, and error reports that help us find and fix bugs.
  • Approximate location: a general location (such as country or city) derived from your IP address, used for ad delivery, analytics, and content localisation. Our Apps do not collect precise GPS location unless a specific feature requires it and you grant permission.
  • Purchase information: if an App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payment is processed by Google Play. We receive a confirmation of the purchase (such as a purchase token and product ID) but we never receive your card or payment details.

1.3 Data stored on your device

Game progress, scores, settings, and preferences may be stored locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data, unless you use an optional cloud-save feature (such as Google Play Games Services).

1.4 Photos, files, camera and microphone

If an App includes a feature that works with photos, files, the camera, or the microphone (for example, editing an image or recording audio), it will access them only after you grant permission and only to perform that feature. Unless clearly stated in the App, such content is processed on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Apps and their features;
  • Save your progress and preferences;
  • Analyse usage to understand how our Apps are used and improve them;
  • Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical issues;
  • Display advertisements, including personalised ads where you have given consent;
  • Process and verify in-app purchases and subscriptions;
  • Send notifications you have opted in to receive;
  • Respond to your support requests and feedback;
  • Prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

Our Apps may use some or all of the following trusted third-party services. Not every App uses every service. These parties may collect information used to identify you or your device and process it under their own privacy policies:

  • Service providers (analytics, crash reporting, cloud hosting, notifications) that help us run our Apps;
  • Advertising partners and ad networks that deliver and measure ads in our Apps;
  • Legal authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
  • A successor entity, if an App or our business is transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Advertising and Your Choices

Many of our Apps are free and supported by advertising. Ads may be personalised based on your Advertising ID and activity, where permitted by law and your consent. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland will be asked for consent through a consent message before personalised ads are shown, and can change their choice at any time from the App’s settings (where available).

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, at any time in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).

5. App Permissions

Our Apps request only the permissions needed for their features. Depending on the App, these may include:

  • Internet / network state: to load ads and content, sync data, and send analytics and crash reports.
  • Advertising ID (AD_ID): to serve and measure ads.
  • Notifications (optional): to send reminders or updates. You can turn these off in your device settings.
  • Vibration: for haptic feedback, mainly in games.
  • Camera, microphone, photos/media, or storage (only in Apps with features that need them): used solely for that feature and only after you grant permission.

You can review or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work if a required permission is denied.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Data sent from our Apps to our service providers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Analytics, advertising, and crash data are retained according to the retention settings of the relevant service provider. Data stored locally is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Requesting deletion: you can ask us to delete any data associated with you by emailing Seo.webacetech@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the name of the App and, if possible, any identifier that helps us locate your data. We will respond within 30 days. Some data may be kept where we are legally required to retain it.

8. Children’s Privacy

Unless an App is specifically designed for children, our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

For any App designed for or targeting children, we comply with the Google Play Families Policy and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): such Apps use only Families-certified ad SDKs, do not show personalised or interest-based ads to children, and do not collect the Advertising ID, precise location, or other personal information from children.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction or deletion of your information;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including personalised advertising;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

EEA/UK users (GDPR): we process data on the basis of your consent (personalised ads), our legitimate interests (analytics, crash reporting, security), and performance of a contract (providing the Apps and in-app purchases).

California and other US state residents (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws): we do not sell personal information. You may request access to or deletion of your information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Seo.webacetech@gmail.com.

10. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information on servers located in the United States or other countries. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Links to Other Websites

Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites or services, including through ads. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our Apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
